At SomniVac, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your order, we offer a flexible 60-day return window from the date of delivery β whether due to product concerns or simply a change of mind.
β Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be new, unused, and in the same condition as received

Items must be in the original packaging

Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns due to product defects or damage are fully covered by us

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping

If the return is due to a SomniVac issue (damaged or incorrect item), weβll cover the return shipping β and no restocking fees will be charged
