At SomniVac, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your order, we offer a flexible 60-day return window from the date of delivery β€” whether due to product concerns or simply a change of mind.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Returns due to product defects or damage are fully covered by us

Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

  1. Custom or personalized products are non-refundable

  2. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping

  3. If the return is due to a SomniVac issue (damaged or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping β€” and no restocking fees will be charged
