At SomniVac, our mission is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. While we do not currently offer courier selection, we partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure the best possible delivery experience.

📦 Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 Business Days (after processing)

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.


❌ Restricted Delivery Areas:

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces (Americas, Europe, Pacific)

📦 PO Boxes and military/protected areas are also excluded.

🔄 Return Policy – 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your SomniVac experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • Contact support@somnivac.com to initiate your return and receive the correct return address

⚠️ Please do not return items directly to the sender's address. Returns must be authorized via customer service. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items returned without prior communication with customer support


💵 Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a SomniVac error (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping — and there are no restocking fees


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–8 business days, returned to your original payment method.
